To choose the right bed sheet size for your mattress, follow these steps:

  1. Measure your mattress: Determine the dimensions of your mattress (length, width, and depth/thickness). 
  2. Refer to size guides: If you have your mattress size guide available, consult the size guide.
  3. Check sheet sizes: Compare your mattress dimensions with the sheet sizes offered. All our products have dimensions mentioned against each variant (single, queen or king). 
  4. Consider mattress depth: For deep or pillow-top mattresses, our fitted sheets come with extra deep pockets to accommodate them.

Yes, most of our bed sheets and linens are machine washable. To ensure the longevity and maintain the quality of your bedding, please follow these care instructions:

  1. Check care labels: Always refer to the care label on your sheets and linens for specific washing and drying instructions.
  2. Use cold or warm water: Wash bed sheets and linens in cold or warm water to prevent shrinking and color fading.
  3. Choose a gentle cycle: Opt for a gentle or delicate cycle to protect the fabric.
  4. Avoid bleach: Use mild detergents and avoid bleach, which can damage the fibers.
  5. Tumble dry low: Dry on a low heat setting or line dry to prevent excessive shrinkage.
  6. Iron if needed: Iron on a low setting if necessary, following the care label instructions for heat settings.

No. We don’t offer custom sizes or prints at this stage. If we do it, we will update this section and will have appropriate messages in the site to inform the customers.

All our bedsheets, linens and quilts are made from cotton or other similar natural fibers. Each product will have the material information listed in the product details page.

To care for and maintain the quality of your bed sheets and linens, follow these tips:

  1. Read care labels: Always check the care instructions on the label for specific guidance tailored to your bedding.
  2. Wash in cold or warm water: Use cold or warm water for washing to prevent shrinking and fading. Avoid hot water, which can damage fibers and colors.
  3. Use gentle detergents: Choose a mild detergent without harsh chemicals or bleach. This helps preserve the fabric’s softness and color.
  4. Avoid overloading the washer: Wash sheets and linens in smaller loads to ensure they have enough room to move freely, which reduces wear and tear.
  5. Use a gentle cycle: Select a gentle or delicate cycle to minimize stress on the fabric.
  6. Dry properly: Tumble dry on a low heat setting or air dry. High heat can cause shrinkage and weaken fibers. Remove sheets promptly to minimize wrinkles.
  7. Iron with care: If necessary, iron on a low setting, following the fabric type guidelines. Some linens may require no ironing at all.
  8. Store properly: Store sheets and linens in a cool, dry place to prevent mildew and odors. Avoid direct sunlight, which can fade colors.
  9. Rotate regularly: Rotate your bed linens to ensure even wear and extend their lifespan.

Treat stains promptly: Address stains as soon as possible by gently blotting and using an appropriate stain remover. Avoid rubbing, which can spread the stain or damage the fabric.

A comforter is usually the same size as a quilt cover - it drapes over the sides of the bed but unlike a quilt cover it has the “inner” sewn inside the cover permanently.

A coverlet is a lightweight throw over, it is usually larger than a quilt cover so that it drapes further down the sides of the bed but doesn't touch the floor. A coverlet is usually embroidered or lightly quilted and is perfect for tran seasonal weather for an extra layer, or during summer on its own as an alternative to a quilt.

A bedspread is similar to a coverlet but is designed to fall right across the bed all the way to the floor. In the past, we have offered different options such as fitted and throw over styles which come with a turn back to cover the pillows rather than pillowcases. We currently don't offer these as part of our range.

A bed cover is the nearest equivalent to a bedspread, it falls close to the floor. It is only available in the throw over style.

While placing the order, please specify the correct shipping address that you intend to send and we are happy to ship it to that address. If you want to change the shipping address, after the order has been placed, please contact us through the ‘contact us’ page or through our support email (care[at]homera[dot]com[dot]au) and we will try our best to fix it. Please note that once the order has left the warehouse, the address cannot be changed.

Your account is still safe with us, all you need to do is to click on ‘forgot password’ under my account login page. From here you will receive instructions on how to reset your password via email, and your account details will be reinstated once password has been reset.

Once you place your order,  you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. If you don't receive this confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact our support team through one of the available channels (webform, email or live chat) for assistance.

Shipping

Below are some common questions about shipping.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with shipment details and tracking number. You can track your shipment journey through that. Alternatively, if you have created an account with us, you can log into your account and track your order and shipment under ‘my account’.

All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours.  Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.

Right now, we are shipping within Australia. But will consider international shipping depending on demand in future.

Please connect with our support team as soon as possible through the ‘contact us’ page or through our support email (care[at]homera[dot]com[dot]au) and we will try our best to fix it. Please note that once the order has left the warehouse, the address cannot be changed.

In some promotional periods during the year we offer free shipping for a limited time, however during regular trading, shipping will be free when the value of the cart reaches more than $150 (excluding bulky/large bulky/oversized products which is identified on the product details page for each product). We aim to offer our customers the best value possible for their orders, so we do subsidize postage costs where we can.

Cancellation and refunds

Certainly. In the event that the purchase was conducted through a buy now pay later payment service, any refunded funds will be credited back to the associated account, resulting in an adjustment of the balance accordingly.

If the product is at full price or on sale we entertain returns and refunds as per the returns and refunds policy (https://homera.com.au/pages/returns-and-refunds). If it was bought under clearance, we reserve the right to return or refund depending on the situation.
